Apple cranberry crisp with a topping of oats, brown sugar, butter and flour. Easy and delicious! Ingredients
2 c. cranberries
3 cups sliced and peeled apples
1 c. sugar
1 T lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
5 T butter, room temp.
Combine cranberries, apples, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and salt; turn into shallow, buttered 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Combine brown sugar, oats, and flour. Cut in butter. Spoon over cranberry-apple mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 min. to 1 hour, or until topping is crispy and fruit is tender.
