Hannah got roller blades from her Auntie Erica and Uncle Cody for Christmas. She LOVES them...and it didn't take her long at all to get the hang of using them. She's been practicing inside so that when spring comes, she can skate on the sidewalk. Can't believe how big she looks in these pictures!

Seth got an ipod with his Christmas money. Hannah loves playing games on it and talking to Uncle Jay on his ipod. :)

Hannah loves her abc magnets. She got a whole new tub of them for Christmas and has been enjoying them very much. She likes to spell words, especially her name, since she can spell it on her own now. What a smart cookie! :)

New Years Day

We missed being with Seth's family at Christmas, but were so glad that we were able to see them for New Years. Aunt Di and Uncle Dave made some wonderful ribs and we were able to celebrate Pa's birthday too!

Another Christmas!

We had our family Christmas as soon as Adam and Jill came into town. It is always a joy to have everyone together and watch the children's eyes as they open their gifts. We were overwhelmed with all the wonderful gifts. What a fun day!

This was the first year for our secret santa exchange among the siblings...we loved the surprise of drawing names...much fun!

Happy Birthday Papa!

We made it across the state just in time to see Papa for his birthday! We enjoyed a yummy stir fry dinner and then of course Papa's birthday cake. I'm not sure how he ended up with a pink cake...oh yeah...I think it might have had something to do with his grand daughter :) She has Papa and Grandma wrapped around her little finger...it was nice of you to share you bday cake Papa!

Christmas Eve

It was so special to have my whole family together for Christmas Eve. We were able to attend Christmas Eve service together and enjoyed dinner at Mom and Dads.

The evening ended with Jeremy playing some music for us and of course Hannah wanted to jump right in and join him...so sweet.

While we were home for Christmas we got to spend an evening with Grandpa. We don't get to see him much, so the times that we have together are very special.

Grandpas favorite game is Checkers...here he's playing checkers with Tim on the ipad...a new experience for Grandpa :) I just LOVE the smile on his face in this picture.

Our Little Family Christmas

We left on Thursday for a 10 day trip to spend Christmas with our families. We decided to have our family Christmas time on Thursday morning before we left. We enjoyed the simple, quiet morning. Warm hot chocolate, the Christmas story from the book of Luke, and presents under the tree.
