My buddy Mr. Mullins

Every Wednesday Mr. and Mrs. Mullins come to church to watch me while Mommy and Daddy go to Crosstrainers with the teenagers. I have really grown to love them both. When I see Mr. Mullins in the hall...I reach for him right away. I love to play with him in the nursery. I sit on his lap to watch videos and play peek-a-boo with him. Here's a pic of us hanging out together this evening:

A windy day of laundry

Monday's are laundry day. We were blessed with the perfect day this week! The sun was shinning and the wind was blowing. Hannah is actually becoming a good helper. She likes to help with the laundry. She will throw one article of clothing at a time into the washer and also the dryer. We are glad that spring is here so that we can hang clothes out on the clothes line. Hannah had fun putting the clothes pins in and out of the container.
She also loved the feeling of the breeze in her face. We are just loving this beautiful spring weather!

Saturday was spring work day

Twice a year we have a work day at church. It's amazing how putting many hands together gets lots of work done. We got everything on the list accomplished in just one morning. I didn't know how it was going to go with Hannah this year, but knew that I would be able to get at least an hour of work in during her nap time. She did really well though! I worked on cleaning the pews and dusting the plants in the sanctuary. Hannah played with a bucket of toys and toddled up and down the aisles. Before her nap, Rachel and Sarah took her around for a ride in her crib...to cute! When she woke up...Sarah pushed her around the outside of the church in her stroller and played with her in the nursery....it worked out perfectly! Hannah enjoyed playing with her friend while I was able to work. I truely was blessed on Saturday. We are just so thankful for our church family. I love coming together and working alongside of them. I cleaned pews with Lucy, Gail, Bisi, and others. Then enjoyed time of conversation with Deborah and Jean H. while dusting tree leaves...who would have thought that such a tedious job would bring such blessings?! Here's a pic of the ride in the crib...
Thank you Lord for our church family!

A beautiful day at Greenfield Village with Thomas the Tank

Fridays are Seth's day off, so we took advantage of the beautiful day and headed to Greenfield Village to visit Thomas the Tank.

We didn't pay to ride Thomas..but we got to wave to him as he passed by.
Instead we decided to ride the carosel...we had so much fun. Hannah loved watching while we stood in line. As soon as she got on the horse she said "up...down". She knew exactly what it was going to do! She wasn't super excited about riding...but wasn't scared either...it was fun.

sweet baby Jillian

On Saturday we went to Rachaels baby shower. I was SO good and enjoyed got to meet some extended family. We played some more in the afternoon, and in the evening met up with Mommy's friends Chad and Sharon. I got to meet the newest addition to thier family...sweet baby Jillian.

A spring walk on daffodil trail

Mommy and I went back to Richfield for a visit this weekend.
On our way down, we stopped to see my Great Grandma and Grandpa. We had a short visit and then made it to Grandma and Grandpa Roth's house for dinner time. They were so excited to see me walking around. I was so excited to see them and play with their puppies.

On Friday we played some more. Then when Unlce J got home from school, we went for a walk on Daffodil Trail. It was the most beautiful day we've had this spring...we sure did enjoy it!

On Friday night, Mom did her first pampered chef party for Aunt Beth. While she was doing that, I got to spend the evening with Pop, Uncle Jeremy, and Uncle Tim. We had so much fun!

silly with sunglasses

I discovered my sunglasses. I have fun putting them on and looking at myself in the mirror. Mom and Dad thought it was so funny when I put them on then started driving my car. I keep them laughing all the time!

Easter Sunday

We had a wonderful Easter Sunday. It was so refreshing to be in the house of the Lord celebrating our Risen Savior! We enjoyed a lovely Easter Breakfast with our church family followed by the morning service. It was exciting to see several people baptised...including two of our teens and two of the kids in our childrens ministry.
We came home and enjoyed some time together...just our little family. Of course on holidays we miss our families in Ohio, but it was also nice to just be together. We had an Easter Ham and Easter bread warm from the breadmaker. We also enjoyed giving Hannah her Easter basket and doing a small Easter egg hunt with her in the front yard.

Most of all, we are thankful for the price that Christ paid on the cross for our sins...and we celebrate that he is risen and ALIVE today!

I love the words to this song "See What a Morning"...we sang it at our church Easter morning...take a listen.

"He is not here, he has risen just as he said!"
Matthew 28:6

A spring photo shoot

Mommy actually bought this little spring jacket to sell on ebay. She thought that it would be too small for me by the time spring got here..but of course it fits great...so I got to keep it. I looked so adorable..mom just had to snap some pictures.

Mommy...I like this one!

Crosstrainer Egg Hunt

On good Friday all of the Crosstrainers were off of school..so Elizabeth and Melissa got together to organize and Egg Hunt and Picnic at church. We hunted for eggs, had lunch, and then John gave a devotional. I had fun watching the teens run around looking for eggs and I even found a few myself.

The girls...we just love 'em!

playdate, rockstar, and walk at the mall

It was a busy day...but we had so much fun. The day started with my friends coming over. Playgroup was at our house today. Olivia, Amelia, & Addison came and this week...Michael came for the first time. We all had so much fun playing together. We sang songs, did puzzles, and played with Noahs ark. I'm so thankful for my friends.

After my nap, Daddy came home and we headed over to Troy to see the filming of Thanna Bannana for the AWANA video. We got to see Mr. Perry's photo studio. He did a great job filming Sarah (who stared as Thannah Banana) and the kids. In the end, TB gives up being a rockstar to follow Jesus...you'll just have to see the AWANA video...so cool! While the cast was taking a break, I had a chance to jump on stage...boy did I have fun being in the spotlight.

Since we were already in Troy, we headed over to Sommerset mall for some mall walking and window shopping. I had lots of fun playing in the Easter bunny display area and at Pottery Barn kids.

Just like the rocking horse at Grandma F's house...so much fun!!!
