Our Little Fisher people

Well, just like their daddy, our kiddo's love to fish.  Here they are walking to their favorite fishing spot..eager and ready to go.

Oatmeal!

It makes me crazy how BIG my baby boy is getting.  He looks so grown up in this picture.  Isaac still LOVES his oatmeal!  He asks for it every morning...without fail.  He loves to help make it too.  Here he is with a bag of brown sugar and a bag of raisins...ready to make it yummy!  When I'm on the ball, I like to keep these oatmeal packets on hand to make the mornings go a little more smoothly.  

Family Walks

Our family loves to go for walks.  We miss the park at the end of the road where would would go for walks every night...but are loving the wonderful parks and walking trails all around our new home.

Uncle Jay in Concert

We were so excited to be able to see Uncle Jay in concert!  We've always been too far away to hear him play in a weeknight band concert...so this was a special treat. The kids loved listening to the instruments.  Hannah even got up half way through the concert and went to sit in the front row all by herself.

Favorite Summer Treat

My kids (like most) LOVE popsicles.  They have been eating these everyday.  It usually doesn't matter what other treats are around....this is the treat of choice if they finish their dinner.  We have been flipping coins for the choice of color then they quickly head outside to play and enjoy their cold treat.  If you swing by our house after dinner time, you would most likely find a scene like this one (and mom and dad would have cup of coffee in hand :))

Happy Birthday, Nana

We celebrated Mothers Day and Mom's birthday all in one.  

I surprised mom with a peanut butter cake.

A Day of Trains

It was so much fun to spend a day taking train rides this spring.  The kids just loved it...and we had so much fun watching them.

 After our train ride, the kids got to go up in the engine.  It was a tall climb up the stairs to get there..but they were brave and were so excited to sit in the drivers seat. :)

 After our train ride, we got to ride in the track cars.  It was hard to choose which was more fun.  The track cars zoomed us right along the track...I think he said we were going 40mph.  We had a fun ride.
