Hannah Plays & First Ouchie

We enjoyed a visit from Dad Finnegan and his friend Rick today. Unfortunately, none of the pictures I took turned out too great. Hopefully Mom F. will have some on her camera that she can share ;o). We enjoyed having pizza for lunch and visiting for a little bit before they headed back home.

It's been a while since we've posted any videos, so here are some videos of Hannah at play. I love how she says "Oh No" and bops to the music while she plays :) Enjoy!

She just learned how to turn the train around to face the person that she is driving it too...so that's exciting!
Hannah was playing outside with Daddy and fell on the sidewalk and scraped her knees. (actually I finally got it out of Daddy that they were running on the sidewalk :)). She has actually fallen several times since and always has to show her ouchie. She loves her hello kitty bandaids and keeps them on great.

A beautiful day at Plymouth Sprayscape

Today we met our mops group at the Plymouth Sprayscape. This morning we thought that it might be a little chilly to run around and get wet, but it quickly warmed up and the sun was shining...such a beautiful day! Hannah had so much fun. She was a little chicken to run right though the water..but enjoyed walking all around the perimeter of the spray scape, and splashing in the puddles. Joshua and Hannah decided that they would love to bring their daddy's back some evening for a picnic and playtime in the water!

Taking a snack break with Joshua
She looks so tiny here...she was getting a little brave.

I believe that this was her first time playing in the sand. Noah was nice enough to share his shovel & pail and dump truck, but was too bashful for a picture

The Fourth of July

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing Fourth of July. Our friends Marian & Narcisa and Jeff & Amber came over for a bbq and yard games. It's funny, because sometimes we get so busy that we don't see much of each other...but we really enjoyed the friendship and fellowship this week :)
ladder ball~ Marian & Narcisa ended up being the champs of the day

She loves Amber!

SMORES!

A day at the zoo

On Friday we took our first trip of the summer to the zoo. Daddy and Mommy bought a membership, so we should be able to take many more trips. We had a great time seeing the animals and enjoying the beautiful weather. It was super crowded though, I think everyone else had the same great idea as we did...but we still had a great time!

So tired from a busy day at the zoo

An evening with friends

Last week, we enjoyed a delicious bbq with our friends Ben & Sheri. They also had Marian & Narcisa and Jeff & Amber over. We had a great evening together. Ben & Sheri made a delicious meal (my favorite was the pork tenderloin and the grilled vegetables that they made in their new grill basket). After dinner we had yummy dessert and enjoyed a peaceful walk through their neighborhood. Then came back to their house where we played in the backyard. Once again, so thankful for friends who love the Lord and are such an encouragement to spend time with!

the whole crew (except Narcisa: our photographer) enjoying a beautiful summer evening walk

the dads...
right before we left the girls were all getting in their pj's and ready for bed. They all happened to be in diapers at the same time...so we thought we would snap a "diaper picture" When I lined them up and said "show me your bellies" Olivia quickly hopped in the picture and showed us her belly too! So cute!

When it was really time to leave, I told Hannah to give her friends a hug. She walked around and gave all of the girls a hug. This was the first time she gave hugs when it was time to say goodbye.

My friend Joshua

Last Thursday (yes..we're catching up again..the holiday weekend was busy but wonderful) . Mommy and I drove only a few minute over to Joshua's house for lunch and a playdate. Joshua is almost 2, so he's a little older than me..we play together so well and I learn lots from him. He showed me all of his toys, and even gave me a few toys to take home with me. I'm sure thankful for my friend!
Here I am playing with the busy ball bopper that Joshua gave me...so much fun! :)
