Horsey Ride & Swimming with Uncle Jay

On Saturday we enjoyed a restful morning, then headed out for a horsey ride! I felt like a cowgirl and had so much fun riding "Hank" the horse.

I was a big girl. Pop walked beside me...but didn't need to hold onto me at all...I held onto the saddle all by myself!

the campground was real hilly and we did lots of walking...so many times I ended up on Pop's shoulders...it was so much fun!

After my nap, we went to cool off in the pool. Uncle Jay and Pop helped me learn how to float!

A day with Aunt Beth and Baby Ethan

On Friday, we were able to spend the day with Beth & Ethan. It was nice to have some sister time!! We went to the park: where we walked our strollers and played, then headed to Chick Fil A for some lunch. At naptime we made cookies and watered flowers.

At nap time we made cookies and watered flowers. Then in the evening we headed out to the campground to hear mom play some fiddle music :) What a great day!

Sayin' Good-bye

On Thursday, we drove down to Findlay to meet Cody, Erica, and little Eli. They were nice enough to meet us there so that I could drop Seth off and then head off to the other side of the state to spend some time with my family. We enjoyed lunch at Max N Erma's then went to a nearby park. Both Hannah and Eli enjoyed the swings :)

We gave Daddy big hugs and kisses and off he went. We were glad to be able to spend the time with family while he was gone..so off we went for a visit with family that was long overdue.

Lovin' my new bathtub crayons

My friend Julia keeps telling me how great these bathtub crayons are...I finally remembered to pick some up for Hannah while we were at Target. She loves them! Actually, we both had fun drawing pictures and leaving messages for Daddy in the bathtub :)

Jim Gill & ice cream

On Wednesday evening, when we really should have been packing...we decided to take a break for one last family date before Seth left for his trip. We went to Farmington to hear Jim Gill. Hannah enjoyed the music, but because of a rain threat we were inside a church...it was so hot! We stayed for a little while then headed to the ice cream stand. We enjoyed cones and some time together before heading back to finish the packing.

It's so neat to see Hannah developing little friendships. She really loves her friend Milan...what a joy it is to watch them together. Here's a cute shot from a playdate at the park. :)

Home Sweet Home

We are home! After a 12 day fishing trip for Seth and a the days split between two families for Hannah and I, we are home! Seth had a great time fishing with his dad and brothers, while Hannah and I enjoyed some family time too. We sure missed being apart from each other and are all glad to be back home and back to routine. July is the busiest month of the year for us...so prayers are appreciated as we hop back into routine. We have lots of pictures (and stories) to share which I will try to get posted soon.
